(Anonymous) 2013-08-27 07:29 am (UTC)(link)The OT3 in my fandom consists of the juggernaut slash pairing smushed together with the (canonical) het pairing. In theory the writers could take this anywhere. In practice the female character ALWAYS seems to have an amused-maternal "oh you boys" thing going on. It's incredibly OOC and it pisses me off because it's like she's become some kind of poly Stepford wife.

(Anonymous) 2013-08-27 09:59 pm (UTC)(link)Got it in a nutshell. Someone sent me a story like this to beta and I regret to say that I freaked out completely. I haven't been able to read anything in that series since. Believable characterisation, it exists.
