I basically ship Tony/Pepper as the hub of a polyamorous MCU relationship network. Because Tony has chemistry with basically everyone ever and Pepper has onscreen chemistry with Phil, Rhodey and Natasha, and potential chemistry with also everyone ever, so I will cheerfully ship them in linked circles with more or less the entire MCU. I also like Tony/Rhodey/Pepper as an central trio where Pepper also has friendships/friends-with-benefits with Phil and Natasha, Tony has a thing with Bruce (Bruce/Betty as the base, with Tony/Bruce and Betty & Pepper being friends), and Rhodey and Maria Hill have fantastic friends-with-benefits sex whenever they happen to be stationed remotely near each other. If you want to throw in Nick/Phil, Nick/Maria and Natasha/Steve or Natasha/Steve/Bucky in on the edges there, I won't say no to that either.

But then, I tend to think superhero canons are basically incestuously interlinked bundles of people in highly stressful situations who need all the sex and friendship they can get. So, you know. There's that. [See also: my shipping habits in X-men comicsverse, DCU comicsverse and DCAU cartoon universe]
