I think I need to give up trying to find a label for my sexuality. I feel like it, and my philosophy on sexuality in general, changes weekly. I can't keep up and it's so damn frustrating thinking I finally have it figured out and then something happens to make me see things in a whole new way.

Labels make people feel better because it helps them creating the myth of (themselves and/or) their friends and acquaintances, but it serves no purpose beyond categorization and description. So if you don't want a label, don't pick one. Others can cover that field. :P

You probably should. You have a fluid sexuality, and hey, that's fine. If any label should be had, it's that and that alone.

Giving yourself a label that's subject to change means doubt and blame and shame when you stop fitting into that label. It's fine if you are going to remain static but if not, no sense torturing yourself.

You are a human being with a dynamic sexuality. You are not a Twinkie. You do not have to wear a label listing all your ingredients.

Unless you're into that kind of thing (now I'm imagining James Kirk, while preparing for a 'meeting' with Spock, painting a label listing all the elements that can be found in the human body on his chest.)
