I'm not the person you replied to, but that dude's ears are weird. I've never watched Merlin, but all the pics I've seen of him have shown his ears to disadvantage.

They're not as bad in live action as they are photographs, I think. He was on Doctor Who and I stopped noticing them the 2nd or 3rd time he was on screen.

I giggled way too much at your comment.

I did notice his ears too when I first saw Merlin because they are pretty prominent but after a while I stopped noticing them. I feel like it might have to do with his Merlin haircut too.

fo sho his merlin haircut makes them around one thousand times more prominent. i didnt mind though because i think physical quirks are quite endearing on mr morgan and other awkward-shaped baby animals.
