I bet Kate Mulgrew would make a really awesome chaotic evil vampire queen. I was about to suggest Zach Braff as well, but then I remembered Dr. Acula, if that counts. Hmm, has Christopher Walken ever played a vampire? He'd be entertaining no matter how he played the role.

IDK, was Sean Bean ever a vamp? He'd definitely fit for brooding hero; evil scary (and brooding) guy would work too.
