Secret 11 - Valentine Morgenstern, The Mortal Instruments

[personal profile] transcriptanon 2013-09-01 09:07 pm (UTC)(link)
[Picture is the actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers playing Valentine Morgenstern in the movie "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones". He is a man with light skin, light gray-blue eyes, short black hair, a goatee, a mustache, tattoos on his chest and wearing a black leather jacket.]

I like the actor and all. (No, really.) And I'm one of the first usually to say that movies don't have to perfectly match the books they're based on and all, but...

It just irrationally annoyed me during the entire movie that he looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like how the character is described in the books.

Bonus secret: The guy who played Magnus didn't work for me either.
