Yep. :) My mother cornered me when I was in my second year of college and told me that it was okay if I was a lesbian and that she loved me anyway, and would like to meet any nice girl I brought home. Came completely out of left field to me, but was probably motivated by the fact my best friend was usually my "date" to any family function. I think it was really nice of her, actually, and my dad didn't seem to care either way. So, you know, I kind of wish someone who was actually gay had been lucky enough to get my parents.
