Honestly Dave's is probably the best place-- or at least it used to be, when I was looking for work/working in Japan. I haven't been in a while but there were always jerks on there, but in reality a lot of them make a good point; they're just not nice about it. You could try going through some threads and picking out people who seem reasonable and messaging them privately?
