Thank you! Sheesh! I know people write fanfic for fun, but having a grasp of the actual language is important, if only for the sake of your readers' blood pressure.

Along the same lines:

"I's" is *never* the possessive form of I. That's "my".

"It's" is short for "it is" or "it has". The possessive form of "it" is "its" (no apostrophe).

"I's" (i.e. "I is") can be correct in at least one old English usage, however. Only that usage, mind, but still.

Yeah, "I's" is for "I am"!

'I's the B'y' has taught me so.
