Twice in elementary school. But I always felt like the cure was worse than the disease: the first time I ended up getting alcohol dumped all over my scalp and it freakin' burned; I remember that way more vividly than the itching. By the second time, thankfully, my parents got actual anti-lice shampoo and everything.

There's anti-lice shampoo? I remember having this thing of aluminum foil doused in vinegar, then put on my head.

Technically yes, but a lot of strains have become resistant to it.
