The ones Arnold Schwarzenegger did are my favorites! I also like the one Robert Carlyle did for Ravenous, and anything by Bruce Campbell.

I like a lot of the LotR commentaries. Particularly, I like the bits in Two Towers where Peter Jackson is joking about making a spin-off TV show in which Treebeard solves crimes, and where some of the production staff are mocking Aragorn for unnecessarily freaking out the Rohirrim walking to Helm's Deep by screaming about how orcs and wargs are heading their way. The actors have a lot of funny stories, too.

Yeah ,those were great. You also get to learn about the game the hobbit actors and Orlando Bloom ended up inventing. Tig, I think it was. And just them ripping on each other a lot.

Tig Tag, where Elijah totally sucked at it and it frustrated the other hobbits. "You can't Tig on a Tag!"

Came here to say this. The LotR commentaries have some absolutely golden moments.

My favorite commentary is the Marina Sirtis / Jonathan Frakes commentary for Insurrection. I don't even like the movie that much, but the commentary is amazing. They just have really good chemistry and it's essentially the two of them chilling for the entire movie, and Frakes telling Sirtis the plot because she remembers nothing about it. It's adorable and great.

The one for Beauty and the Beast is pretty entertaining. I never finished the one for The Incredibles...

Revised: I have a lot of commentaries I really enjoy (but they're mostly movies), and major bonus if it involves a director I really like. Here's my list.
-Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle
-The Lord of the Rings trilogy (pretty much all the commentaries are insightful, but I had a lot of fun listening to the actors' commentaries)
-Any work with Guillermo del Toro doing commentary but my absolute favorite is El laberinto del fauno/Pan's Labyrinth.
-The Godfather commentaries Francis Ford Coppola does
-the tv show Rome, especially when the producers/writers did the commentaries
-Mad Men, absolutely love any commentaries with Jon Hamm and/or John Slattery
-The Sopranos commentaries

PS. Any of Robert Rodriguez's action/non-kid friendly films with commentary are good, but my favorite is Once Upon A Time In Mexico.

The Office has some of the best TV commentaries, I watched all of Season 1 through 3 with commentaries.

As far as movie commentary, my favorite is the commentary to Kevin Smith's "Clerks." The commentary is almost as good as the movie.

Check out your local library, they might have them on DVD.

The bonus features are the best! They used to have little webisode series that would focus on the other characters, like Creed, Meredith, Kevin, Angela, Oscar. They were pretty awesome and now I feel like rewatching the DVDs.

It's not a commentary, but several seasons of House have Cuddy and Cameron redoing scenes with a Valley Girl voice. It's hilarious!

Blood Simple, fake commentary by a fake critic. "This scene was filmed upside down and backwards."

Julie Andrews' commentary for one release of Victor Victoria. She's incredibly smart, and it's a bit bittersweet because I think she was trying to rebuild her career, Preston had passed, and Edwards was not in a good way at the time she recorded the commentary.

I like commentaries a lot, especially actor commentaries, but there are some director commentaries that are interesting (although a lot of them tend to go into the technical aspects).

Ocean's 11
Love Actually
Two Week Notice
The Lord of the Rings
American Werewolf in London (this one is seriously awesome)
Superman
Aliens
The Terminator
Psych
Leverage

I enjoyed all the SG-1 commentaries by Peter DeLuise, he's hilarious

actually I liked most of the SG1 commentaries, and I appreciated that every single episode had one even if I wasn't always interested in the commentator.
