I hate to be That Dick, but Oreimo is on Crunchyroll for free (I think)? Why are you downloading anything? At least give the companies some ad revenue if nothing else. There's no damn reason to still download fansubs anymore.

As strange as it may sound, but some people are even today not blessed with a fast internet connection. You can download a series in bits and pieces during a long timespan. For streaming, you need a stable connection that doesn't require you to let one episode load for hours before you can watch it (and then during the time you waited, connection went poof and you find only a part of the episode manage to load before it happened and you realise you have waited in vain).

It's really annoying.

This I can understand? Maybe? I just don't understand. My bro who loved multiplayer online games had to languish in satellite-internet-only-land for a couple years while he was in college, and his connection was utter shit so he had to give all that up. But that's the thing...he gave it up. He didn't just go oh well, my situation is balls so that's justification for piracy right?

I just don't get this idea of It Exists, Therefore I Deserve It. Sometimes you just go without. Life sucks.

See, it's funny because CR started off as a fansub streaming site, gained publicity, and then proceeded to screw over another site that was offering the same thing they're offering now. And let's not even start on region locks.

But no, I'm not. And sorry, this is the first time in years that I know what the shit animoo is out there, so forgive my excitement at getting to watch online streaming anime legally.

And regardless of their practices, they're still the best option. If there's other options out there, please, no sarcasm, tell them to me. I know there's more on TV than what's there and I'd like to have more legal anime options.
