Secret 7 - Spoilers for Iron Man 3
[Picture is actor Mark Ruffalo as the character Dr. Bruce Banner from the new Marvel movies (The Avengers, etc.). He is a man with light olive skin and short dark hair, the beginnings of a beard and mustache, and wearing an orange shirt and brown jacket and pants. He is standing during nighttime, illuminated by light orange lightning from off-screen, in the middle of wooden structures and tents.]
I haven't noticed anyone else in the fandom who was at all bothered by his "playing doctor" in some impoverished corner of India without a medical license or any sort of formal medical training.
It really made the "not that kind of doctor" joke in the Iron Man 3 stinger ring hollow and hypocritical.
