You are allowed to feel uncomfortable about rape without being a victim of it

For years this problem has never come up, and now I'm saying that sentiment for the third time in like a month. WTF is going on? Is this some new trend of some kind? Why is it lately I've been seeing people say they've never been raped and yet are really nervous about rape culture like it's something to be ashamed of? Do I just have weird friends or something?

Anyway, OP, you have a very valid point. And you don't need to think everything is rape culture to have that point. As the person above me pointed out, if everything is rape culture, then eventually nothing really is and critiquing it would be impossible. You're allowed to not see rape culture everywhere but see rapey undertones here.

OP: Well the main reason ehy this makes me so uncomfortable is that if the genders were reversed, there would DEFINITELY be a huge outrage (at the very least, by the SJWs) But I have heard literally NOTHING about this situation. I just wanted to clarify that I'm not one of those really oversensitive people who thinks everything is rape culture, but yeah, I have a good friend (who's a guy) who has been sexually assaulted, so I've seen firsthand all of the fucked up bullshit that male rape victims have to go through.

Nobody takes the SJWs seriously except themselves so that is not a good example at all.
Also, if the situation were reversed, the woman would be okay with it as Holmes was, laugh it off as Holmes did, and the reasons for the nudity would be the same - delaying an amazing detective to cover your tracks. You have heard nothing about this situation because there is very clearly nothing to say; it is not a situation of rape or assault. To create a shitstorm out of nothing is an idiotic thing to do and if one makes a mistake, you are not justified in making the same mistake too.
