I can't find it online, but there's an excellent illustration from a Dave Barry book in which he explains that "weasel" is an inherently funny word. There are two pictures, one captioned "Not funny: Richard Nixon wearing a necktie." and the next "Funny: Richard Nixon wearing a neck weasel."
