The LotR fandom already has its fair share of twincest though, usually with (half)-Elven princelings in question that have at least the good grace not to be Jedward-shaped.

Not to mention that if you venture far enough into the elfslash sections of the fandom, you'll find twincest for their father and uncle (yes, Elrond and his brother). It tends to be depressing though, because it often plays on the angst of Elros choosing to be human.

Oh, I was definitely including Elros/Elrond in my comment, which actually kind of interests me unlike Elladan/Elrohir.

Somewhat rarer is twincest for Elrond's uncles. Probably because they were children when the went missing-presumed-dead. I think I saw all of one fic for it.
