What freaked me out most as a kid were a scene each from Jurassic Park and The Rescuers (the original one, not the one set in Australia). In Jurassic Park, it was the scene in the kitchen where Lex and Timmy were trying to escape the raptors. In The Rescuers, it was the scene where Medusa lowers Penny into a tidal cave that is rapidly filling with water to retrieve a gem that (and here's the climax of terror for little!me) was inside a skull.

That kitchen scene makes me feel the exact same way that pretty much every zombie movie ever makes me feel. It's that whole, they're coming to get you and they won't ever stop visceral terror.
