I just assume everything is sarcasm and give it right back to them. Unless it's in one of those RL problem threads but I usually don't read those.

Steve is forty two. Steve has two kids. Steve is an area manager for a small firm which specializes in pipework. Steve drives a cherry red, two seat sports car with zebra print seat covers and "bitchin' custom exhausts". Steve wears 'Top Gun' aviator sunglasses all the time and likes to quote Tom Cruise movies (except for, in his own words, "the gay one", which apparently wasn't Top Gun). Steve still wears a letterman jacket. Steve likes to take a football around the office and occasionally yell out "think fast" before throwing it at someone. Steve likes to make really creepy sexual suggestions to female co-workers despite being married and having two kids. Steve shirks the paperwork associated with his position because "hey, it gets in the way of the fun". Steve is a fucking manchild and in any sane company would have had his creepy ass fired years ago.
