Nah, Kaji is on the money pronunciation wise - we also use whine fairly interchangeably as well.

Pretty much, but it is sort of pronounced 'win-juh'. I grew up with words like 'whinging' and 'eejit'. XD Thank you London-born father.

Nope we use both whinge and whine, as for pronouncing it it's like saying the word hinge but with a w in place of the h. Um... If that makes any sense at all.
