THIS. I got through the first... four, and just gave up. I couldn't take the boring, utter pretentiousness of the whole thing, as well as the ridiculous "weather reports".

If we were talking about an actual story being told instead of a mock-up radio show, I'd agree. But Nightvale appears to me as far from a radio show as possible. It's just a guy reading assorted stuff aloud while being about as bored by the text as a grade schooler. Impossible for me to concentrate on.
