Secret 6 - Breaking Bad

[personal profile] transcriptanon 2013-09-15 09:04 pm (UTC)(link)
[Picture is a photo from the White family photo album, from the TV show "Breaking Bad". It shows Walter White, Skyler White, Marie Schrader and Hank Schrader smiling at a beach and wearing light vacation clothing.]

When Breaking Bad started, I liked Walt and disliked Skyler. As Walt became a more villainous character, I started liking him less and sympathizing more with Skyler.

Now I'm rooting for both of them, and hating Hand and Marie instead. It would be one thing if Walt was still making meth, but he had just put his criminal life behind him, and he and Skyler were starting to become a real family again. Then Hank had to come and fuck everything up, along with Marie who's trying to take their children away from them.

As far as I'm concerned, whatever happens next is on the Schraders' heads.

Furthermore, I'd like to think that if I were in their shoes and discovered my family had been involved with some criminal activities, I'd at least try to give them the benefit of the doubt and a chance to explain before I tried ruining their lives. Especially if they had paid for my extensive medical bills.
