I'm on Hank's side. He almost died a bunch of times because of Walt. Sure, Walt paid for his medical bills but Marie let it happen without telling him. Also, it's not an excuse for Hank to let Walt go scot free, you know, considering Walt either killed or had people he knew kill a bunch of people off, poisoned an innocent boy, and the general relationship he had with Jesse.

Hank and Marie are no saints, but at least they don't kill people or order others to kill people off.

But with that said, I can understand why people still root for Walt. In a way I sometimes find myself thinking, "Oh, how is Walt going to get out of this? He's going to get out of this, right?" It's a lot like why I find myself wanting Tony in The Sopranos to live even though he's a pretty rotten guy.
