What are your favorite femslash ships?

I am very tired so I'm not gonna get too in depth but Gunnerkrigg Court is a very long, still in progress webcomic and technically this a huge spoiler but there is the cutest f/f couple ever (and no it's not the main two characters, who are bffs, though they are very shippable too and there is a side pairing as well and the fairies are probably all gay).
Analogue: A Hate Story and it's sequel Hate Plus are visual novels that you get for $10 each on Steam. Not much gameplay involved, just clicking and reading, but you do get to make choices and you can be a girl who likes other girls. And there are lesbian relationships within the story, too. HOWEVER it is pretty dark and sad. You're a space investigator, and you find an old ship that was meant to start a colony on another planet, only it stopped working and over time the people regressed and formed a feudal society. And then after you're done sobbing and screaming, you get cutesy romance (f/f, if you play your cards right). I ship all the canon ships (there are multiple endings).
I might be streaming a couple of lesbian movies next weekend, check the events thread on top of page 2 during the week for details!
Kashimashi Girl Meets Girl is one of my favorites (both anime and manga) if you don't mind the plot being that a boy was killed by aliens and was regenerated as a girl and has to learn to live her new life while deciding which girl she's in love with.
The Parasol Protectorate series has some lesbian characters, though I personally don't really like how it's handled. It's a good series otherwise, though, and you might like it.
Maya Kern's comics. How to be a Mermaid (sad) and Fairyfail.
Homestuck has a bunch but it's really long and involved you might not wanna get into it if you're JUST looking for ladies to ship, also the author is known for sinking ships and being really horrible about it. The kiss in my icon is canon, though.
AtLA and Korra. Oh man. I ship all the girls. At the moment I am craving some Katara/Mai from the original series, and Korra/Asami from the new series.
Kim/Shego from Kim Possible.

Seriously, it was absurd how much of that ship there was considering it was a Disney cartoon. But in a good way.Re: What are your favorite femslash ships?

From Pokemon, I quite like Elesa/Skyla, and Elesa blowing a kiss to Rosa in the BW2 credits is adorable. I also have a soft spot for Lyra/Jasmine.
For Harry Potter, I love Hermione/Ginny, Ginny/Luna... Luna/Hermione... all really fun interactions. I am totally okay with an OT3 ;)
Doctor Who... I love Donna/Martha and Martha/Rose, and I also love the idea of Martha/Ace (maybe during the year that never was?).
Like multiple people have mentioned, Korra/Asami from Legend of Korra. Although, really, we'll see how much the new book fucks that up... I also like Lin/Korra, and from AtLA, I have a soft spot for Katara/Toph.
And yeah, the one that nursejoy mentioned for Gunnerkrigg Court made me make high-pitched squeaking sounds of PURE GLEE.
