At the moment, Yvienne/Lariatte from Ciel: The Last Autumn Story; it's a fantasy Korean manhwa taking place in a 'verse where witches can only use magic by forming a close partnership with another witch. The series has several heavily implied girl/girl relationships, and Yvienne and Lariatte's growing relationship is one of the main focuses of the series (and gets, like, Utena/Anthy levels of romantic subtext).

Although the series does get pretty tragic at points, so if you're looking for something uplifting you might want to look elsewhere.
