Wondering why everyone is calling troll on this. Is it that wierd to be irrationaly terrified of dogs?

AS far as I can tell, no one has called troll. It's not weird to have a phobia, especially of something as common as dogs. But that fact is that Cujo had rabies, which was a disease. He didn't just flip a switch and become of canine murderer.

Dude, only two people so far have implied they think it's a trollish secret. But mostly because it's ignoring the canon material of the book they based their secret on.

I'm confused about why being afraid of dogs means you're a terrible person. I'm scared of dogs, too, but I donate to the humane society. I'm just never going to rescue one myself.

Because the secret is worded as "all dogs have the potential to go cujo on you."

Would you agree with the secret if it were "all mothers have the potential to be abusive," or "all people have the potential to be killers," etc. etc. They're all technically true - there's always the potential everywhere for everything - which is why the response is generally "DUH" or "troll".
