Eat right and exercise, definitely. A stress ball or anything else that you can use to detract focus from your anxiety may be useful as well.

If you have a trusted friend/family worker you can talk to, do so. I have issues with anxiety myself and airing out my thoughts once in a while/talking through the physical symptoms and sort of just recognising them for what they are, a physical 'over response', has helped me.

Edit: And focus on breathing, as the above anon said, and I somehow forgot to mention.
