Maybe WJPRG? Western Japanese Role Playing Game? It has the same connotation, while saying that it is in fact made somewhere else.

For example, South Korea produces a *ton* of them, and has for quite some time. However, they aren't in the west - and they aren't the only place that's produced to not be in what's traditionally considered the west.
...And vice versa with western rpgs [because...you know. Japan has actually produced some of them too, but they don't fit with jrpgs at all in style or tone.]
