The first time I ever heard it I thought it was super fucking creepy and had some really unfortunate, rape-y implications, without knowing anything anyone else had said about it (I don't really listen to pop music or pay any attention to it usually). It was only afterwards that I found out other people felt the same way. So no, I didn't specifically listen to it looking for rape, but I can't really think of a context where someone saying "I know you want it" *doesn't* have rape-y undertones, honestly.
