The thing about fearing you'll fling yourself off something tall is so interesting! I have it too, and it actually seems to be really common, but rarely discussed and kind of qualitatively different from conventional fear-of-heights stuff. I kind of wonder what's behind it.

I sometimes feel like I got that from my brother in a way. I mean he confessed to it and our Dad didn't seem to think it was that bad. (I don't believe he meant harm but I hated how he waved off my brothers fears when we were young). My brother and I were close and I was the one who sympathized with him about his fear, perhaps a bit too much lol.


For me I just think of how easy it would be to -*shudder* Even when it's not easy at all.
