This reminds me of a hilarious Christopher Titus bit where he talked about being on a date for the first time in twenty years (after his divorce), and how he didn't know that his old patented "move" actually came off as reallly really creepy:

"Heeeeeeey. Tell me what you liiiiiiike...."

And his girlfriend just looked at him and said, "I like it when a man takes his throbbing hot member and sticks it my eye."

And then his first thought was "I HAVEN'T DATED IN TWENTY YEARS WHAT IF THAT'S A THING NOW!"
