Yes, it sucks that your interracial (heterosexual) ship probably won't become canon thanks to possibly racist writers but because it's heterosexual there's at least a CHANCE, however small it may be. Try shipping one of those same characters in a pairing that's not only interracial but ALSO slash. It has ZERO chance of ever happening. Stop whining about how unfair it is that your pairing (probably) won't become canon to people whose One True Pairing has even less of a chance of happening than yours does.

Secret because: Shippers of the heterosexual pairing far outnumber those of the slash one. No way am I saying this non-anonymously.
