To sum up your argument:

(1) plagiarism crime hurt no one (debatable, the people involved at the time may feel differently, but you don't know them so that's okay)
(2) 10 years ago (fandom statue of limitations has expired?), and
(3) we must support her because of reasons.

I disagree, because of reasons. But, since I'm not in a position to unethically boycott CC, I'll continue my ethical boycott and encourage others to follow. Have a nice day!
