That is basically what people do on the internet, when people notice and comment on someone vanishing into the cyber ether it is the exception and not the rule.. No one is going to get bent out of shape over you vanishing online. It is nothing personal to you, but if you want people to notice your absence you are gonna need to be part of a real life group.
