Nah. Sherlock would have a lot of trouble handling this, becauese the rational rules he uses to both manage his life and be a good dective just went out the window. I suspect the supernatural being real would drive him to drug use like the original.

The man forgot how the solar system works. I don't think he'd have too much trouble forgetting that the Moriarty minion he tracked down and eliminated with the interference of two uncouth farm boys, had particularly sharp teeth.

Sounds believable enough. Now, cram the Doctor in there without making the story ridiculous. That's the problem with Superwholock--no one's saying you can't combine two of the shows (I think anon above you said that, even) but that combining three makes a hot mess of unexplained weird.
