Got a job...WITH INSURANCE. I have not been to the doctor in 4 years. Soon I will be able to get new glasses. It is a good day.

Congrats!! My job is only part-time so far and doesn't include benefits, but it will eventually.

Yeah. I'm working for a friend starting his own business. When business picks up (hopefully), he'll move me to full-time, put me on a regular payroll (as opposed to commission) and I'll get benefits.

I've been able to go to the doctor because of a program they have where I live. The eye doctor is a separate thing, though, and even though I got a new scrip and picked out new frames, I haven't been able to get them yet.

Gigantic congratulations! That is huge. I know the pain of no doctors and old glasses. Hopefully it's also a job you like!

Not gonna lie, it is like...70% a job I like. But I would take a job inseminating horses at this point for insurance. Hopefully in a year or so I can find a job I enjoy more, but right now this is good.

Yeah, I just had crappy school insurance my college provided. I got kidney stones and I think it paid for like....$50 of all my stuff.
