Re: Sleep patterns

I hate sleeping, so only sleep as much as necessary. Naturally I sleep 7 hours (sometimes 8) and wake up. I rarely sleep longer. Unless I have a fan going, then I have a hard time waking up. But sometimes I cannot fall asleep unless there is a fan or some kind of white noise. Now and then I get insomnia, so I'll get up and do something, then just sleep for a few hours and get up around the usual time, and thankfully it doesn't affect my day much.

I used to follow lucid dream instructions that I found in a book, but never had success with it intentionally. I can remember having two lucid dreams completely randomly. In the first one I was grocery shopping, inspecting a melon when I realized I was dreaming, but then I woke up. The second time I had a lucid dream I immediately had sex with someone. :P
