Is she American or Japanese? There was one glorious year when Seiyu was selling Reese's peanut butter cups, but they didn't catch on, so now they are gone. (Seiyu is now owned by Wal Mart, so they have quite a lot of American junk food.) Twix, Snickers, and Kit Kats can be found in almost every conbini and Yamaya has Bounty Bars. Even when I lived in Aomori (middle of nowhere), good peanut butter was the only thing I had trouble finding. Cheese flavoured products in Japan are terrible, so if she like Cheez-its (or similar items) you could send those.

Japan does not get the pumpkin products, so maybe some instant pumpkin spice from Starbucks or pumpkin bars.
