Re: Sleep patterns

Really really crappy. Most nights I get between 3-4 hours sleep, unless it's my day off the next day and then sometimes my body is all, "Fuck you!" and I am dead for like nine hours with intermittent wake ups.

I never stay asleep for more than five straight hours, which sucks. I also have my laptop on the bed with me and put movies on to fall asleep to. I used to sleep with my headphones/music on, but the laptop gives me the background noise without sacrificing my hearing and the risk of strangulation. XD

I also have a wind up/hammer alarm clock because I kill electronics. Every electronic or battery operated clock I've ever had died within a few months. On one the numbers started going upside down/doing weird things.
