Re: Sleep patterns

Let's see:

I go to bed between ... 11 pm and 1 am. I usually don't sleep until 2-3 hour after going to bed (which means something between 1 am and 3-4 am)

I have one radio-alarm clock and one alarm set on my phone - set to 7:30 am and 8:05 am respectively - on off days. Work days are irregular, but alarm is set to at least an hour before I actually need to get up.

It's funny, actually: When I can sleep in, I actually sometimes wake without the alarm at 6-7 am and am perfectly awake, but when I need to get up at a certain time, I'm always incredibly tired when waking up - even if it's much later XD
