warnings =/= bad or sex shaming so OP I don't think OP you're bad for expecting a warning.
I get that the fanfiction writer might want some things to be a twist so a warning would ruin the surprise but, on the other hand, I think it's good to be honest and let your readers know if what they're about to read might not be their cuppa.

I read a mckirk fanfiction once where Kirk was a transgender girl and it was really unexpected for me but well written. I thought it was an interesting twist and continued to read. As I read het too I don't get turned off by PIV sex either (but I get turned off by unrealistic self lubricating sex in some M/M fanfictions I wish there was a warning for that! haha)
