I have yet to encounter many people who claim drunks aren't allowed to have sex, especially in fandom where the "the only way to get A and B into bed is to bust out the booze" trope is omnipresent. I have, however, encountered plenty of people who claim that people shouldn't drink if they don't want to regret their outbreak of sluttiness the next day and then "cry rape". As if we should all shrug and go "oh well" if rape is committed as a result of drinking on the part of anyone involved. I think the latter is a much bigger problem, but that's my opinion.

But the thing is with drunk sex where both parties were equally drunk: If the woman cries rape the next day, nobody asks why she was the one who was raped and the guy wasn't.
