From what I gather Ivan Coyote doesn't even actually identify as a trans man. So how's their pronoun preference going to affect us? Like, I'd get it if some famous trans woman/man went out and said "Yeah I am a woman/man, but if that's too hard for you to respect, it's totally fine if you misgender me! Not respecting someone's gender is not a big deal!" Yeah, that'd bother me. But for someone who isn't a man in the first place? Why should they demand male pronouns? Okay, you could make the case that to the trans-aware unwashed masses Ivan Coyote looks like a trans guy, but the solution to that is not to demand that they conform to that mistaken assumption, but, like, correct people who get their actual gender wrong.
Ooooooor is OP one of those people who hate nonbinary people because they make the rest of us look bad?
