The MRA stuff is rubbish and I do hope that other anon is just a stupid troll, but I wanted to say something about the RealDoll being comparable to a vibrator: I do think RealDolls are very different from vibrators or fleshlights. They are made to fullfill the wish for a passive sexual partner who can't say no and can be customized to look what the customers believe a "perfect woman" (let's not kid ourselves, the male doll market is rather small) should look like. A dildo or FL is just something you use for masturbation, oftentimes doesn't even look like the real thing. A RealDoll is something designed to look like someONE you can use for masturbation.
