And I'm forever grateful to those people. :)

Really, one of my pet peeves is stumbling upon a "collection" of unrelated fics/drabbles/ficlets of various pairings and fandoms. I'm not patient enough to wade through all those to find the one for the fandom or pairing I want to read.

Seriously. If you're going to consolidate them, consolidate them in a way that makes actual sense.

Agreed! It's easier for me as a reader to find works I want to read when they're posted separately. And I imagine it would be better for the author to post them individually because one tag or category or warning might draw readers and another might discourage readers or keep the work from showing in search results.
