Living in Los Angeles, it always amazes me how people always pin the credit/blame for everything good or bad in a show on just a few people. I've grown up surrounded by cinematography deconstruction, so it still surprises me that people forget there are more people to a show than just the actors, writer, and director. Do they not see how long the end-credits are when skipping past them? There are HUNDREDS of names on there, and for a reason.

There is also a reason the exec producer credit is in font four times the size of the others though. They get the fame if it goes well, but if the thing goes badly they carry the can too. The show runner credit should be renamed on the credits as "THE BUCK STOPS HERE!".
