Get plenty of sleep.

With respect to food, I've been told that eating healthfully improves you're ability to think, but all I ever did was bribe myself with junk food.

You might feel better if you can just talk about the situation to an advisor or counselor.

Try not to stress. I know that's kind of a stupid thing to say, but sometimes you can hit a sort of pseudo-calm spot on the other side of stressed?

Seeing a counselor might not be a bad idea. If classes aren't cancelled on Monday because of tropical storm Karen, I may head to campus early and see about setting up an appointment. Thanks for the suggestion!
