look into meditation, maybe? that sort of mental exercise clears your mind, relaxes your body and helps establish a line break between one chunk of work and the next

definitely eat and sleep well

if it's at all possible, go to bed early and wake up early rather than stay up late working; it does vary from person to person, but generally you get more rest out of the hours you sleep before midnight

like, if you sleep from 9 pm to 5 am you are getting more rest out of it than if you slept from 12 am to 8 am

Yeah, that makes sense. I've no doubt that my inability to get decent sleep is a major contributing factor to my various issues. I'm working on that with my doctors now, though, so hopefully I'll get some relief in that area soon. I'm also trying to eat healthier, take more vitamins and do some form of exercise every day, though I'm really having to take it slow in that regard because of my many health and pain issues.
