An Andorian I can see. A Betazoid would be even better though. Though if you were to make him a Bajoran and make Carlsberg a Cardasian then Cecil's hatred would make sense.

Well, if Cecil is Andorian and Steve is a Vulcan their antagonism would also make sense. Or heck, Vulcan and Romulan.
