I feel ya man, my thing is rattlesnakes/insects/arachnids because I ADORE them and let's face it, it's hard to get support for critters that fail the heartstring test because they're dangerous/"gross"/"ugly"

It's still irritating when people dismiss a living thing just because it isn't a common house pet, or a panda bear :/
