Oh gosh, I agree with you so much! I remember being in a room with my parents when a "save the polar bears" commercial came on. Their reaction was to complain about how we should be focusing on more important issues like the war in Afghanistan. I got annoyed because it's not like the polar bears can just stop being in need of help just because America is at war. It's this idea that my cause is important and yours isn't that really gets under my skin.
